This is what inspired our founder, Charlie Callahan, to start Palmer Paving back in 1955. Today, we’ve grown to become a fully integrated infrastructure construction company, with offices and plants in Palmer, Springfield, Easthampton, and Barre MA. We operate 4 combination drum and batch Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) manufacturing facilities, as well as several active quarries and sand and gravel processing plants. In 2018, Peckham Industries, Inc. acquired Palmer Paving due to its similar values, work ethic, and a common dedication to serving customers.
